I don't have a 3D file. Can you still help?
Yes. Choose "Design and print from an idea" and attach photos or a sketch with measurements. We review it and quote the design work before you commit.
What kind of 3D printing do you do?
We use FDM printing, which builds parts layer by layer from plastic filament. It's ideal for strong, functional parts, replacement parts, prototypes, signs and larger items, and it keeps costs down. For very small, highly detailed pieces like miniatures or jewellery, resin printing may suit better. Not sure which you need? Send us your idea and we'll tell you honestly.
How much does a print cost?
It depends on size, material, quantity and print time, so every job gets its own free quote. Prices quoted when we confirm your order are final.
How long does it take?
We aim for a quick turnaround. Timing depends on complexity and quantity, and we'll confirm it with your quote. Custom designs may take longer. Put any deadline in the "Needed by" field.
How do I pay?
A deposit is required before production starts. We accept debit and credit cards, PayID and direct bank transfer. Payment details are included with your quote.
Where do I pick up?
From our studio in Chadstone, VIC, Monday to Friday 6 pm to 8 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 12 pm. We can also post your order Australia-wide.
Can I return a print?
Because every print is custom, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. We reprint or refund for manufacturing defects, or damage in transit reported within 48 hours with photos. See our Terms and Conditions.
My file is bigger than 95 MB.
Put it in a ZIP file, which usually shrinks STL files a lot, or paste a Google Drive or Dropbox link in the details box.
