Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with 3DtoPrints, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Ordering Process

2.1 Order placement

Orders can be requested through the quote form on our website or by email. Files and details you send with a quote request are used to prepare your quote.

2.2 Order confirmation

Once we receive your request, we will send a confirmation including item details, pricing and estimated delivery timeframe. Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us promptly about any discrepancies.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are in AUD and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices quoted at the time of confirmation are final.

3.2 Design fees

Custom design work is quoted separately, based on the time and complexity involved, and is agreed with you before design begins. There is no design fee when you supply a print-ready file.

3.3 Payment terms

A deposit is required before production begins. We accept PayID, debit cards, credit cards and direct bank transfer. Payment instructions are provided with your quote or invoice.

4. Production & Delivery

4.1 Production time

Turnaround depends on the complexity and quantity of the order and is confirmed with your quote. Custom designs may require additional time.

4.2 Pickup and shipping

Orders can be collected from our studio in Chadstone, VIC during pickup hours, or shipped to the address you provide. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4.3 Delays

We strive to meet all delivery timelines, but we are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

5.1 Returns

Due to the customised nature of 3D-printed products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

5.2 Refunds & reprints

Refunds or reprints will be issued only in cases of:

• manufacturing defects
• items damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof)
• orders that cannot be fulfilled

5.3 Customer approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing the design specifications (for example dimensions, text and colour) before confirming the order. Dissatisfaction with design or colour preferences after production does not qualify for a refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Customer responsibility

You confirm that any files, designs or content submitted to 3DtoPrints do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

6.2 Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all design files, 3D models and resulting printed products produced by 3DtoPrints remain the intellectual property of 3DtoPrints and may not be resold or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3DtoPrints shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including delays, defects or errors.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information and files you provide are used solely to quote, process and invoice your order, and will never be sold. They are stored securely with the service providers we use to run the business: Square for customer records and payments, and Cloudflare for website file storage.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Melbourne, VIC.
